In the last six years, I have helped shape the energy transition in challenging positions and initiated change processes for good collaboration and work culture at my employers.

I am an excellent project manager (classic and agile) with mentoring and leadership experience and a large methodological toolbox. My strong background in software and data supports a digitized and data-driven transformation to a sustainable business.

I have been practicing mindfulness for over 4 years, certified in mindfulness meditation, led dozens of tranformational group containers with up to 100 participants and co-founded OASIS Berlin – an Open Space for Awareness, Serenity, Intimacy and Self-Growth in early 2023.

Also in 2023 I decided to offer my experience, knowledge and passion for sustainability as an independent consultant.
